Project history
Offshore team lead working alongside consultants in completing functional specs, test scripts, reports and testing with business. Managed team for timely task completion, handled and scheduled batch jobs through Control M, ensured all key metrics of performance as per SLA, executed test script scenarios, instituted Rewards and Recognition activities, and handled escalated customer calls.
Managed a team of approx. 15 to 18 consultants ensuring all key metrics of performance as per Client SLA were met and exceeded. Responsibilities included team performance management, client relationship management, escalation handling, compliance for KPIs, testing Demand Planning configurations, SIT and UAT support, and training users on IBP system as part of rollout.
