S4/HANA Implementation

Tabreed
It is a Green field implementation project for Tabreed client located in middle East. Deloitte is responsible for implementing all SAP S4/HANA core modules along with SAP IS-U processes specific to district cooling set up in the region.
Tabreed currently delivers over 1.198 million refrigeration tons of cooling, across 84 plants located throughout the Middle east region. All 84 plants are consuming electricity as well as water from utility companies and providing cooling services to all its customers. Hence meter and meter reads are very important part of Tabreed’s Billing, Invoicing, reconciliation and many such day-to-day operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for implementation of below Meter read process.

S4/HANA Implementation

Enbridge Gas Inc.
It is a Brown field implementation project for Enbridge in North America. Deloitte US-I was involved in S4 Hana implementation to incorporate Union Gas business into Enbridge. Deloitte was responsible for baseline configuration of SAP S4/HANA core modules along with SAP IS-U and Customer engagement module with limited SAP customizations and Country localization.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Parallel Billing: Responsible for driving parallel billing activities from offshore.
Enbridge client had requested for exhaustive parallel billing exercise which involved 2 Parallel billing run with almost 20 cycle. The idea was to cover each customer twice and compare with legacy billing system.
  • System Integration testing: Involved in SIT from function team
  • Responsible for deliverables of the offshore team in the current project
  • Co-ordinating with team for time lines and quality of deliverables on priority basis.
