S4 HANA Greenfield Implementation end to end for Alcura, a company offering services and B2B product sales. Responsibilities included business requirements collection and Business Process Design for OTC processes (back to back, drop shipment, available on hands, project stock), integration with P2P, TM, EWM and PS, customer master data definition, interfaces functional design, BRF+ functional design, full implementation of sales structure, pricing procedures from scratch, taxes configuration, UAT definition and follow up, user training, go-live and cutover activities, hypercare support including TM and EWM outbound activities.
Business requirements collection, functional design and implementation. Coordination of IT providers for documentation and implementation quality. Projects included development of a documentation model, discontinued products management functionality, sales operation status project, batch management rework, new sales structure for international expansion, and cleanup of unused configurations.
