Design and redesign of processes, with their bases and definitions in BASELINE to attend to business priorities and control of the schedules established in the first implementation projects.
Responsible in the activities of configuration and parameterization to the SAP system with elaboration of schedules of activities, control of releases, generation of documentation for developments and BBPs that meet the requirements of auditing and certifications in quality assurance.
