SAP PP Consultant

Experienced SAP PP, PM, QM & VC Consultant with over 6 years of IT in SAP PP, PM & VC Modules with integration expertise on APO, SD, FI/CO, MM, PS & QM and Industry experience in Mill Industries, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Textile & Weaving, Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing.

• Rich experience in all aspects of project work: Requirement gathering, design, Configuration, unit testing, Integration testing, Documentation, Data Conversion/Migration, End user Support and Training.
• Hands on experience in QM module: In process inspection, Basic data like defining catalogs, inspection characteristics (MICs), sampling procedures, Inspection plan.
• Hands on experience in gathering business requirements, business process analysis, GAP analysis, and preparation of Proof of Concepts for delivering SAP solutions.
• Implementation experience of 5 full life cycle projects, besides extensive background in upgrade, production support and testing of SAP PP, QM,PM &VC modules.
• Experience in configuration of PP/Variant Configuration/ECM module and strong skills in integration with SD, PS, PM, QM and FI/CO modules.
• Proficient in LSMW, SAP queries, FS documents, Custom functions in Variant Configuration, Serialization, and SAP LIS.
• QM Module: Inspection lot creation, result/ defect recording, Quality notification and certificates.
• Extensive experience in Variant Configuration, ECM, Batch Management & Batch Management Derivation.
• Implemented Capacity Scheduling, Capacity planning, Long Term Planning, Sales & operation planning.
• Provide Go-Live and Post-Go-Live support and perform production support consultant role.
• Having implementation experience of Repetitive, Process & Discrete Manufacturing.
• Implemented in Variant Configuration with Engineering Change management (ECM).
• Implemented MTS, MTO, and ETO processes on different SAP projects assignments.
• Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules like SD, CO, MM.
• Implemented deterministic & Consumption based MRP.
• Hands on experience in implementing ECC & S4/HANA.
• Implemented PP-PI, Master recipes, PI sheets.
