SAP PI is involved in integrating the business process between SAP and Non-SAP systems, there are
around 250 interfaces which integrates the data between the SAP and third-party systems, out of
which around 60 interfaces belong to migration of EDI interfaces from Gentran server to SAP PI
server.

* Interaction with the customers for the system setup before migration of EDI interfaces from
Gentran server to SAP PI server.
* EDI interfaces include the business documents like 850,810,856,844,849,856,867,855 etc., From
around 30 third party trading partners which includes customer interactions on processing the
business documents.
* Majorly business process includes sales order creations, invoices generation, ASN delivery
information sending to the customers and posting FI related accounting documents into R/3
sever.
* Creation of orders by processing the EDI document 850 through see burger AS2 adapter, which
involves the module parameter configurations, splitter settings and sending the functional
acknowledgements back to the trading partners.

for integrating the SAP ECC system with salesforce system.
* Involved in the workshops to understand the behaviour of the sales force system, provided best
solution for integrating sales force system with SAP.
* Customer master data is integrated with sales force. since SAP is the core ERP system, all the
data is available in SAP is sent to Salesforce for CRM transactions.
* Customer master data is integrated with sales force using SOAP API calls-create, upsert and
insert on Account, Account team member and SAP partner function objects.
* Session handling and dynamically passing the server URL is done with the help of JAVA mapping,
which is developed using NWDS, customer master data is transferred once the session id and
