Project history
Engaged as SAP FSCM Consultant on a Roche S/4HANA programme covering Financial Supply Chain Management including credit management, collections and dispute management, and in-house cash on an ECC-to-S/4HANA landscape. Delivered requirements, configuration, functional specs, UAT/SIT and cutover support fully remote, coordinating across business and technical teams.
Led SAP FICO consultants and cross-functional teams as SBFA-FICO Lead; primary point of contact for FICO-related issues, escalations and critical incidents. Oversaw integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PP and HR modules and external systems. Managed external resources to ensure delivery within SLA; led demand management and prioritisation across APAC business units.
Led end-to-end transformation from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and JD Edwards to SAP S/4HANA, owning scope, blueprint, timeline, resourcing, daily scrums and weekly client reporting. Designed the E2E integration framework (Ariba, BigChange/Annata, logistics) via AS2 and REST APIs; managed SIT/UAT, data migration and cutover with zero business downtime.
