Project history
EWM transformation and operation improvement. Designed and implemented POSC-based putaway and stock-removal strategies across 2 warehouses. Integrated decentralized EWM with RF and mobile applications using SAP Screen Personas for 120+ users. Implemented physical inventory process, resolved 20+ production-critical incidents, improved warehouse monitoring with Graphical Warehouse Layout (GWL), and designed custom applications to interface EWM with external RF devices.
Designed inbound, outbound, internal and physical inventory processes for 1 warehouse and 60+ users. Led EWM implementation using a fit-to-standard approach with 95% of requirements met in standard.
