Solid experience in modelling, analysis, business process management; project management and SAP (SD MODULE), working in different segments such as Industry, Consumer Goods, Midia, Information Technology, TELCO.

Identifying areas for improvement, understand business needs, specify requirements and implement recommendations for increasing effectiveness of current processes;
Assist the business stakeholders in prioritizing business requirements and defining new business processes;
Perform root cause analysis of problems and work closely with business users in order to identify and translate their needs into functional requirement specifications;
Produce detailed, high quality and clear documentation;
Drive deliverable to completion within challenging timelines ensuring collaboration and effective communication with all stakeholders;
Work with IT and Business when new functionality is released to production to ensure a smooth transition to the new process. Where necessary devise detailed cut over plans to address potential operational impacts;
Participate in work of discovery and processes design;
Expertise in BPM;
Expertise in business innovation applying agile methodology with Scrum;
Specialist in SAP SD.
