SAP Security GRC Consultant

Key Result Areas: * Directing the management, design, configuration, and testing of multiple end-to-end SAP security solutions * Leading initiatives through a controlled methodology involving business blueprinting, requirements gathering, process design & development, enhancement specification, installation/operational/production qualification, training of users, post go-live support and operational enhancements * Supporting security strategy, influencing best practices & industry benchmarks, and managing risk identification & mitigation strategies associated with the architecture * Evaluating, testing, recommending, developing, and maintaining information security for SAP systems, user identities and access roles * Analyzing, defining & recommending security concepts / processes and driving improvement to meet business needs; advocating new ideas, when risks are involved * Interacting with senior leaders (management, programmers, auditors, and business users) to assess business objectives and communicate business & solution architecture concepts * Supervising onshore and offshore cross-functional teams; reporting milestone progress to executive teams & stakeholders with the assurance of appropriate phase-gate achievement and exit criteria * Creating customized functions, risks, rules and mitigating controls based on the SOD matrix provided by the business process owners * Administering role cleanup activities by conducting meetings with business process owners and internal auditors
