Project history
Implemented Contingent Workforce Management within Employee Central, led SAP Joule implementation integrated with IAS and BTP, executed bulk imports for Emergency Contact data, delivered personalised compensation statements integrated with EC, configured 2026 merit increase recommendation templates, managed tickets and service requests for compensation issues, performed release management activities, and collaborated with HR, IT, and functional teams for continuous improvement across SuccessFactors EC.
Worked on the Arcil project implementing SAP SuccessFactors. Responsibilities included working with XML files for data models, gathering and analysing customer requirements, configuring Home Page, Metadata Framework, position management, RBP, Foundation Objects, Generic Objects, business rules, event reasons, workflows, EC Time Off, MDFs for custom portlets, integration between Employee Central and third-party payroll, preparing test scripts, training manuals, and supporting cutover activities and data migration prior to Go-Live.
