• Delivered multiple Product strategy and lifecycle management client engagements for regulated industry clients in Life science space comprises of product data and quality data processes (CAPA, SCAR, NCR, Deviation, Audit), achieving reduction in compliance related issues.
• Led 6 multi-year digital transformation engagements managing a team of 15+ practitioners, including project workstream leads, to deliver end-to-end integrated services across process, data, technology, and organization change management each $1 to $7MM revenue.
• Crafted a high-level strategy for future Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), seamlessly integrating with the existing product management solution suite, involving an estimated effort of $7MM for M&A program engagement enabling Manufacturing integration.
• Conducted both in-person and remote workshops with client business teams globally for managing global and site-specific design, authored design documentation, and collaborated with extended business teams to secure sign-off on proposed solutions, enhancing stakeholder alignment and project buy-in.
• Served as the lead architect, ensuring alignment with business on data readiness and checkpoints. Managed the overall Cutover Plan, coordinated with internal teams (configuration, Customization, Data Migration, and Integration), and facilitated collaboration with Business/IT/Other vendor teams to successfully deliver multiple releases of enabling product and quality capabilities to various business units and thus reducing time-to-market.
• Collaborated with several business partners to formulate SIT/IQ/OQ/PQ Strategy, Data Migration Cycles planning, and Cutover and roll-out planning for transformation engagements, ensuring 100% success rate.
• Architected a suite of solutions as a data architect to automate the validation of migrated data from various sources into target, ensuring faultless ETL steps and achieved a close to 100% of data validation accuracy.
• Implemented solution for Part & BOM management, Requirements Management, Documents Management, Engineering Change Management capabilities for Canadian aircraft engine manufacturer.
