Description
I had been working in ASHEY System to analyze and fix the issues by enhancing the code in backend
system [AS400] and also to advise the Business to perform necessary action from their end for an
alternative solution if any to resolve the issue.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Worked as a part of both development and support team of Ashley system which involves Retail
Merchandising.
* Handled various retail modules i.e., Vendor setup, Product creation, Price Change, Supply chain
management, Purchase order.
* Led the team in the absence of Senior Associates since i had been treated as a Secondary SLA
owner role.
* Mentored the team by providing technical inputs and imparting business knowledge to new team
members and involved in support handover Knowledge Transition to facilitate transition.
* Worked as part of Release Management team and involved in numerous release activities.
* Maintained the ticket closure within Service Level Agreement for each category tickets to avoid
its breach in order to maintain a good relationship with the Client.
* Monitored the production load to prevent the system from rapid increase in ASP %.

development and the cost of project.
* Prepare a Design document based on the Client's requirement.
* Develop an iSeries application independently using the design and perform Unit testing before
QA and Deployment phase to ensure better quality of the application.
* Witness Compilation activity to make sure objects in local box and property box are in sync
(Generated Hash code from both system should match).
* Install the application into production and Work in Go-Live Support for smooth transition.
* Travelled to MACAU (CHINA) for about 30 days for Client support, Production monitoring and
