Primary Responsibilities:
* Salesforce.com Customization, Implementation, Consultant,
administration, and development
* Understand customer's business process, recommend best practices/
process improvements.
* Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Mobile Solution, Integrations of
Salesforce applications using Agile Methodology
* User Stories- Gather requirements, as part of pre-sales, develop basic
scope and build proposal detailed on development aspect.
* Developing and maintaining Salesforce CRM as an Administrator &
Developer
* Analyzing the requirement and client's speci cation
* Implemented Secuity and Sharing Rules at Object, Field, and Record Level
for different users at different levels of organization. Also created various
pro les and con gured the permissions based on the organizational
hierarchy.
* Extensive experience in designing of Custom Objects, Custom Tabs,
Custom Fields, role-based Page Layouts, Custom Reports, and Report
Folders, Report extractions to various formats, Dashboards, and various
