Receive the client’s requests for translation Jobs.
Negotiate about the prices and deadlines.
Contact the resources with needed qualifications and appropriate budget.
Select the resources and answer their queries about the tool and documents.
Follow up with the resource to deliver on time with high quality.
Create Style guide, Glossary and Quality assurance assessment.
Run some technical testing and QA documentation material, to ensure that production is in accordance with client quality standards.
