Personal qualities
Nowadays companies feel the need to become Agile due to a shorter time to market, a better quality, a higher productivity and an attractive working climate. Since 2010 I have been working as a Scrum master and lately I am more and more involved as an Agile coach. I am a coaching and facilitating leader, analytically strong and always looking for new ways to realize software that exceeds customer expectation. I am a certified Scrum master, Product owner and Agile coach and have knowledge of CI/CD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment) , DevOps and Kanban. I have shown to be pragmatic in dealing with environments that are not (yet) Agile. For me, my efforts are successful if it delivers the value that was intended by the stakeholders and a lasting improvement in collaboration and productivity has been achieved.

• Knowledge of the whole system development lifecycle, from inception, design, construction & testing till final delivery and support;
• Proven track record in delivering to scope, time and cost both infrastructure and software IT projects ranging in value from 0.5m – 13.5m euro with team sizes up to 30 engineers consisting of onshore / offshore developers, business analysts, test analysts and third-party vendors;
• Practice in clarifying business requirements, performing gap analysis between goals and existing procedures, designing process and system improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs;
• Worked with off-shoring to Ukraine, Latvia, India, China and Pakistan;
