SAP SD and MM Senior Consultant

* Corven SACIF (Automotive): SD and MM senior consultant for the SAP Re-engineering project.
As an external consultant I'm in charge of the definition, design, development, tests and
support of all processes to improve the activities of Logistic, Sales Administration,
Marketing, Material Planning, Sales department, Treasury and Receivables Accounts
processes.
Implementation of Decentralized Warehouse Management, IDocs and Ale setting.
Implementation of COT (Código de Operación de Traslado) for CABA jurisdiction.
Although the Company has several locations, the scope of this project is Buenos Aires
site only.

* FMC Corporation - Minera del Altiplano (Mining): SD senior consultant for the Localization
of the SAP Template for Argentina mining company.
As an external consultant I was in charge of the definition, design, development, tests
and support of all the localization activities including Electronic Invoice.
I have also reviewed the global processes in order to check if they meet local
requirements.
The main language of the Project was English.

* Abbvie Laboratories (Pharmaceutical): SD senior consultant for the Localization of the
Foundation SAP Template for Argentina and Uruguay. Participate in Venezuela, Ecuador and
Perú localization as well.
As an external consultant I have defined, designed, developed, tested and support all the
localization activities for the named countries including Electronic Invoice.
I have also reviewed the global processes in order to check if they meet local
requirements.
The main language of the Project was English.

* MA Automotive Argentina (Automotive): WM semi-senior consultant for the implementation of a
new rack complex at the spare parts Warehouse.
As an external consultant I have defined, designed, developed, tested and support all the
activities needed to place the stock in the storage bins according to inbound and
outbound strategies.

* Don Mario Asociados (Agro Industry): SD senior consultant for two re-engineering projects.
As an external consultant I have defined, designed, developed, tested and support the new
solution for the OTD (Order to Deliver) project and Cooperadores sales channel.
In order to put this solution in place, I have worked with several BAPI's, BADI's and
functions, especially for SD and MM modules.

* Magna Seating (Automotive): Project leader and SD senior consultant of the implementation of
SD, MM, PP, WM and CO modules, Release 6.0.
This automotive company has 4 plants in Argentina but this project only considers Córdoba
and Buenos Aires seating plants. The main customers are VW, Mercedes Benz and Renault for
which electronic data is interchanged in order to get the long and short term releases as
well as JIS messages.
Definition of the interfaces needed to exchange data about forecast (DELFOR) and "just in
time" (DELJIT) estimation regarding the material quantities required by the customer and
their confirmation about the quantities delivered (DESADV).
EDI process also considers Self-Billing functionality as well as ASN from providers.
Both, customers and suppliers, exchange cumulative numbers in order to have a visibility
about quantities and dates.
I was in charge of seven senior consultants.

* BHP Billiton (Mining and Petroleum): part of the worldwide support team of a large mining
company. As a CT and TSW consultant, my responsibilities are to handle multiple
enhancements (non standard functionality) and a new whole module developed by SAP
specifically for this company. This new module is CT - Commodity Trading which has a
strong relationship with SD module.

* WHIRLPOOL (Home appliances): part of the worldwide support team of Whirlpool Corporate and
its associated companies like Embraco, Maytag, Kitchen Aid, Eslabón de Lujo, Consul, etc.
As a senior consultant, my responsibilities were to handle multiple enhancements (non
standard functionality) that the customer needs for several Europe countries, Unites
States, Canada, Mexico, Latin-American Countries (including Brazil).

* MAGNETTO AUTOMOTIVE ARGENTINA (Automotive): Project leader, SD senior consultant and CO
Junior consultant of the implementation of FI, CO, AM, SD, MM, PP, WM and Material Ledger
modules, Release 6.0.
Based on the business model implemented in Magnetto Automotive Brazil, a rollout analysis
was made in order to decide if the Brazilian model could be replicated for Argentina. As
a result of the analysis, the rollout process was misestimated and a complete
implementation of the mentioned modules was done, this means: Project preparation,
Business blueprint, Gaps and Abap developments, realization, final preparation and go
live & post-productive support.
Definition of the interfaces needed to exchange data about forecast (DELFOR) and "just in
time" (DELJIT) estimation regarding the material quantities required by the customer
(Peugeot-Citroen) and their confirmation about the quantities delivered (DESADV). This
process was certified by an accredited company of the customer (Planexware) based on D96A
norms of the United Nations, related to EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Odette
norms related to label issuing as well.
I was in charge of three junior consultants and three senior consultants.
* PVC TECNOCOM (Plastic): Project leader, SD senior consultant, MM Semi-senior consultant and
PM Junior consultant of the implementation of FI, CO, AM, PP, SD, MM, QM, PM, HR and
Workflow modules, Release 6.0.
The implemented business processes considered the build of two company codes with three
productive allocations in two different sites, which sell their products to the local
market, foreign markets and intercompany.
The Leadership of the project included the administration, control and follow up of the
tasks and resources assigned to the Project. Since most of the consultants that were part
of the team were junior consultants, a strong coaching was necessary at the professional
and technical levels. The supervision of the integrated work between the different
modules was the key of the project success.
I was in charge of four junior consultants, one semi-senior consultant and two senior
consultants.
* VOLKSWAGEN COMPAÑÍA FINANCIERA (Finance): Project Leader of very specific financial
functionalities for FI module, Release 4.6C.
I took over the leadership of the Project just one month before go live. The biggest
challenge was to reorganize the remaining tasks to avoid any delay on the scheduled
dates, a goal that was achieved in a very satisfactory way.
I was in charge of one FI Junior consultant and one Trainee.
* MAHLE ARG. (Automotive): SD support analyst for the localization of business processes
defined and designed in Brasil. Joint review along with the company own consultants of
the replicable model for detection of gaps.
Unitary tests, support for the integrated tests done in San Pablo (Brazil), training to
key users in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and post-productive support.
* MANN + HUMMEL ARGENTINA (Automotive): SD senior consultant for the localization of business
processes defined and designed in Germany. Process review for OEM and retail markets.
* CORVEN (Automotive): SD semi senior consultant at the project implementation of SAP Release
6.0 in Venado Tuerto, Santa Fe.
The project began with generic and specific workshops for key users and flowed with
system configuration and unitary tests of the designed business processes: local and
foreign sales, shipping, billing, credit control, pricing determination, output control,
business partner, incompletion log, etc. Within shipping process, the following
functionalities were also implemented: packing, picking using Lean WM and automatic
transfer orders which were confirmed by bar code reading.
Training to the key and end users and post-productive support.
* INPLA (Plastic): SD semi-senior consultant at the project implementation of SAP Release 6.0.
I was only part of the Business Blue Print stage since I was moved onto another project
when the next phase was about to begin. Defined processes: local and foreign sales,
shipping, billing, credit control, pricing determinations, output control, business
partners, incompletion log, etc. of distribution centers spread all over the country.
* MTA (Automotive): SD semi-senior consultant at the project implementation of SAP Release
6.0.
I was only part of the Business Blue Print stage since I was moved onto another project
when the next phase was about to begin. Defined processes: local sales, Just in Time
shipping for which an interface was developed to be able to process EDI files from the
customer, billing, credit control, pricing determination, output control, business
partners, incompletion log, etc.

implementation for all Tenaris Companies -more than 70 between mills and distributors-),
within the Capture Demand team.
I was involved in the Business Blue Print phase which took 12 months. We have had to
deploy several Workshops to sponsors, key and end users from several countries.
Due to the complex management of materials, we have had to dig really deep in product and
variant configuration functionalities for which we took a couple of courses at SAP.
* Paradigma Consultores Asociados (Consultancy): SD Junior consultant in charge of the
implementation of the sales and billing processes of the Company projects.
* OSDE (Private Health Care): SD Junior Consultant at Customer Care Project (PROAC), in charge
of the implementation of SD Module for the shipping of all written communication to its
associates.
* Banco Hipotecario S.A.: Collecting management, reengineering of the business processes and
AIS System implementation.
