Identity and security: Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), access reviews, B2B collaboration and external access, cross-tenant access settings, app registrations, Okta and Keycloak integration, Zero Trust baselines, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Secure Score remediation.
Copilot and AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and governance, Copilot Studio agents (declarative and autonomous), agent lifecycle governance, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, grounded retrieval, Microsoft Graph connectors.
