What I build?
AI + automation for core business systems
- ERP automation: inventory forecasting, demand signals, PO suggestions, anomaly detection (purchases, stock, suppliers), auto reorders, SLA, and compliance checks.
- CRM automation: lead capture from forms and DMs, enrichment, qualification rules, call/meeting summaries with action items, pipeline hygiene (stale deals, missing next step), follow up sequences.
- Finance + ops: invoice and receipt capture from PDF/email, 3-way match (PO, GRN, invoice), approvals, payment runs, reconciliation helpers, audit trails.
- Support automation: smart ticket routing, duplicate detection, auto triage, knowledge assisted replies, escalation rules, CSAT follow ups.
- Logistics: carrier rate sync, label creation, tracking, ETA alerts, exception workflows (delay, lost, customs), customer notifications.
- Document intelligence: classify, extract, validate, detect missing fields, route to teams, status tracking with checkpoints.
- Data foundation: connectors, cleanup, dedupe, entity matching (customer, product, vendor), single source of truth models, scheduled plus event driven sync.
- Reliability + monitoring: KPIs that trigger actions (not just charts), run logs, retries, dead letter queues, replay tools, cost and latency monitoring.
- E-commerce and revenue systems
- Shopify/Woo/marketplaces to ERP order and stock sync
- Returns, exchanges, refunds with correct bookkeeping hooks
- Fulfillment rules, warehouse routing, shipping labels
- Cart recovery, winback, review requests, loyalty nudges (template based, brand safe)
- Pricing and promo rules based on margin + stock
- RFM and lifecycle journeys with clean tracking
- Advanced areas
- RAG assistants on SOPs, tickets, docs, with permissions + feedback loop
- Agent style workflows with guardrails, approvals, and deterministic fallbacks
- Automated QA for workflows: contract tests, regression checks, synthetic monitoring
- Compliance checks on docs (policy, required clauses, PII)
How I work?
- Start from KPIs and constraints, map current flows, define failure cases
- Design data model + event triggers, then build in n8n/Make/Zapier + custom code (Python/TypeScript)
- Ship in milestones, document, train the team, and add monitoring
