I’m a Senior Atlassian Consultant with a broader background in SaaS, integrations, DevOps, automation, cloud platforms, technical project delivery and enterprise system implementation.
My strongest expertise is within the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Cloud, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Assets, Rovo, Atlassian Intelligence, Forge, Jira Plans and Tempo. I work across both technical and business use cases, from service management and development workflows to integrations, migrations, AI-driven processes and large-scale platform improvements.
I have strong experience with API-based integrations and system-to-system communication using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication and data mapping. One example is a fully bidirectional Jira–ServiceNow integration where I designed the data flow, authentication and automated synchronisation between both platforms. I’m comfortable troubleshooting integrations, working with external systems and designing solutions where standard configuration is not enough.
Automation is also a major part of my work. I build advanced automations involving business logic, calculated values, external API calls and Assets-driven processes. Recent examples include automated risk scoring for a GRC solution and workflows that dynamically create tasks and subtasks based on data stored in Assets.
I also work actively with AI and Atlassian Rovo. I use Rovo, agents and Atlassian Intelligence in my daily work and have experience applying AI to automation, knowledge management and operational workflows.
My experience includes large-scale cloud migrations, including a Jira Data Center to Cloud migration with more than one million issues. This involved migration planning, technical analysis, data validation and converting data that previously depended on Data Center applications.
Outside Atlassian, my background includes SaaS implementation, DevOps, SQL, technical support, software deployments and project management. I have worked in both consulting and product environments and have experience taking technical projects from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing, deployment and customer handover.
I’m comfortable working directly with developers, customers, project managers and business stakeholders, often acting as the link between technical and non-technical teams.
