Project history
Part of the Belgian Defence modernisation programme since its inception. Currently Senior Business Analyst in the Alpha team, focused on Recruitment & Selection and the progressive implementation of DefRS, the new application replacing the legacy recruitment and selection system. Responsibilities include Business Impact Analyses, workshop facilitation, requirements and functional specifications authoring, business data model definition and validation, business rules and use case documentation, data mapping between legacy and target systems, UAT coordination, and acting as Requirements Lead and Proxy Product Owner.
Continued engagement at Deutsche Bank: analysed business requirements, refined user stories, managed the backlog, collaborated with technical teams in a REST API environment, performed SIT testing and produced high-quality functional documentation.
