Project history
Develop and maintain C#/.NET and Delphi Windows desktop applications for manufacturing, production planning, shop-floor operations, traceability, labeling, quality, downtime and operational reporting. Design and optimize Oracle SQL/PL/SQL and SQL Server data processes. Build SAP ERP integrations through RFC-oriented interfaces, web services and structured data exchange. Acquire and process machine/PLC data through OPC-based interfaces and Siemens S7 environments. Develop and support MES/MOM and automation functions. Integrate external equipment including Zebra printers, ZPL/barcode systems and shop-floor terminals. Investigate production incidents and implement stable fixes. Modernize and extend legacy Delphi/C# applications. Develop aviation software including aircraft performance, Takeoff/Landing Performance, Weight & Balance and ARINC 429/717-oriented applications. Currently developing Rigel Deck, a web-based flight operations platform.
