Project history
Spearheaded migration of retail banking KPI reporting into a centralized SQL dashboard across 1,000+ branches. Established data governance and quality standards across the EDC merchant base. Designed an ETL pipeline and forecasting data model in SQL Server covering 4-year card expiration cycles. Led a workforce analytics initiative across 50+ organizational groups to align the 2026 budget plan to strategic hiring priorities.
Built and led the analytics function from the ground up as the founding data hire, recruiting and mentoring a team of 3 analysts.
