- HS2 (UK high-speed rail): led the design and development of a document control solution that created a single source of truth with real-time visibility across project documentation, reduced document control processing times, and generated an estimated €120K cost saving. - SATOC (Saudi Arabia): designed an automated cost control solution giving a centralised, reliable view of project financial performance, reducing manual processing and the risk of errors in financial reporting.
- Santander Bank: consolidated data from multiple sources to support global cybersecurity coordination, with consistent KPI monitoring and reporting across markets.
I also built BIM data quality control solutions against BEP requirements, and earlier in my career I led a team of 8 developers, which helps me bridge business and technical teams.
