Project history
Freelancing through my own practice, DinamiKrag. Senior development on Dynamics 365 CE projects and the Field Service module: PCF controls for attachment handling and address verification, Power Pages portals, custom JavaScript for Dataverse forms and multiple Power Automate automations on Dataverse.
Design and development responsibility for Dynamics 365 Sales, Marketing, Field Service and Customer Service. Built model-driven and canvas apps, custom tables, business process flows and Power Automate cloud flows for global teams. Implemented master data synchronisation with Dual-Write and Logic Apps plus real-time quote-to-cash integration. Migrated customers, opportunities, projects and service contracts from legacy CRM systems into Dataverse. Configured and rolled out Dynamics 365 Field Service to 21 countries (600+ users) with security roles, business units and hierarchies. Built Copilot Studio AI agent workflows for RFQ handling and quote creation.
Lead solution developer on Power Platform: model-driven and canvas custom solutions, Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service setup and design. Delivered the Dynamics 365 Field Service rollout to all regions globally including customisation and user training. Automated Dynamics 365 access and licence assignment from Active Directory groups. Built Power Apps to simplify daily business tasks and maintained ISV solutions in Dynamics 365.
