Operational and Technical Owner for a portfolio of mission-critical Value Added Services (VAS), including the Oracle Common User Repository (CUR) LDAP platform hosting 22 million subscriber records, and other enterprise applications within Vodafone Turkiye's nationwide 24x7 production environment. Accountable for operational readiness, production stability, business continuity and end-to-end service availability throughout the application lifecycle.
