Senior Financial Consultant and Economist with MBA in Finance

I am an Economist with an MBA in Finance from FGV, with over 30 years of experience in financial management, consulting, and operational leadership across industrial and service sectors.

My core expertise is in financial planning and analysis, including building and managing cash flow forecasts, Budget vs. Actual (BVA) analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making. I have developed management reports such as income statements, profitability and margin analysis, pricing structures, and KPI dashboards, improving visibility and control over business performance.

I have strong experience in treasury and working capital management, including liquidity planning, banking relationships, and financial risk mitigation. My background covers accounts receivable (credit analysis, collections, DSO control, and bad debt provisioning) and accounts payable (payment scheduling, DPO control, and cash optimization). I have also managed foreign exchange exposure and hedging strategies using derivatives.

In accounting and compliance, I have overseen financial close processes, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy. I implemented internal controls aligned with governance frameworks (including SOX principles), developed financial policies, and supported internal and external audits.

I have extensive experience in process improvement, mapping and redesigning workflows to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance data reliability. I am familiar with automation initiatives and system integrations to streamline financial operations.

From a systems perspective, I have worked with ERP platforms including SAP (FI module) and similar accounting systems. I am highly proficient in Excel for financial modeling, analysis, and dashboard creation, and have experience with CRM and operational tools.

As a Controller and COO, I have partnered directly with business owners and executives on strategic initiatives such as valuation (M&A), pricing, cost optimization, and scaling operations. I am known for translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
