Primary frontend developer on the Sherlock product ecosystem, a B2B contact-centre and AI-agent SaaS suite. Built and shipped 8 production frontend applications including customer portal, admin panel, mobile app, embeddable widget, Chrome extensions, and internal tools. Maintained an Angular 19 CRM platform with 38 feature modules and 211 services across 94+ releases. Architected a React 19 + Vite monorepo for an AI-agent SaaS with 3 apps sharing a typed library of 59 interfaces and 40 services.
