It is very motivating to make such impact to over 1M people that visit our website daily. After just 6 months I got the offer for the Lead position based on the previous performance and involvement to the company's plans and expectations.
As a Lead developer, I am responsible for recruiting, teaching and onboarding juniors and other new team members. Along with a PO, I prepare contexts for new sprints and make key decisions for newly developed features.

During that time, we were developing and maintaining a couple of other projects for our clients, but also some internal and open source libraries. The results were high quality, well performant, very optimized and well tested applications. I am thankful for this experience, it was great.
