Architected multi-tenant e-commerce and marketplace systems with role-based access control, ERP integrations, and loyalty modules. Engineered AI-powered customer support and Persian chatbots with lead-capture pipelines. Spearheaded performance optimization focused on Core Web Vitals, Redis caching, and API response times. Founded and scaled a game-server software business serving 100+ clients (FiveM, Minecraft).
