For more than 8 years I have been the sole developer at Xpand2 (Graz, Austria) with full ownership of architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring and maintenance of all company systems and infrastructure — acting as de-facto technical lead without any management overhead.

• Designed and deployed LLM-powered DevOps automation using Open WebUI, custom Qwen3 model and my own Model Context Protocol (MCP) server — enabling natural-language infrastructure commands with strict validation layers
• Delivered a mission-critical SLA monitoring platform (Balance Scorecard) with 15+ REST API modules, hierarchical React dashboards and automated PDF reporting
• Built numerous single-purpose microservices (both React frontends and Java backend services) in both pre-agentic and post-agentic coding eras
• Single-handedly built and launched two generative AI products (Kyna.cz and Simple-Kids-Routine.com) from zero to production using agentic workflows (Cursor + custom MCP integrations)
