* Responsible for development of Backend API via .NET Core.
* Responsible for development of Mobile Android application via
Java.
* Responsible for development of Front-end web portal via Angular.
* Responsible for CI/CD pipelines management on AZURE.

* Lead Software Development and QA teams.
* Lead all projects from beginning to end including entire processes
such as Analysis, Design, Development, Test and Deployment.
* Building new development teams for new projects.
* Manage the achievement of scope, cost, schedule, risks and quality
objectives on assigned projects.
* Monitor, evaluate and ensure the completion of tasks and projects by
using Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
* Write, review and revise product requirements and specifications.
* Manage relationship with customers for entire project processes.

* Cemetery Information System (MEBIS)

Mebis is a complete solution covering the establishment of information
system of cemeteries directorate of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality,
preparation of web and mobile applications that will be used by the
personnel, making grave location measurements in selected pilot cemeteries
and scanning and digitizing the books linked to the directorate and making
grave matching. The software includes Mebis web portal, Mebis Staff Tablet
application (Android), Citizen's mobile applications (IOS, Android) and Data
Collection Tablet app (Android) for use of field teams. A comprehensive
geographic information system study was conducted via using Esri Arcgis
maps and services.

* Muhktar Information System (MBS)

Mukhtar Information System is an institutional and social platform that aims
to produce solutions to the needs and demands of our people in the shortest

is developed via Swift 3, Middleware is based on Spring Framework
JAVA and web application is based on Angular.
