My core expertise is in Windows and Linux server administration (2008 - 2022, RHEL, Debian), Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP and general networking and security. I have managed large virtualization estates based on VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox and KVM, including 17+ Hyper-V clusters with 80+ hosts and more than 2,000 virtual machines. I am also experienced with enterprise storage platforms like IBM SVC and Huawei OceanStore, backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.

Automation is a key part of my work: I regularly use PowerShell, Bash and Python to script repetitive tasks, provision and migrate VMs, generate reports and improve monitoring. In previous roles I led migrations from VMware to KVM, implemented Nagios monitoring for 300+ nodes and introduced tools for inventory and asset management to increase visibility and reduce incident resolution times.

I enjoy collaborating with cross‑functional teams (network, security, development, business) to plan infrastructure changes, performance improvements and cloud integrations. In the last years I have started to expand my skills towards DevOps and cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure, containers and Kubernetes, always from a strong systems and reliability background.
