Project history
Responsible for Azure cloud readiness and architecture governance in a regulated healthcare environment. Mapped current-state architecture, defined target architecture based on Microsoft Azure, advised on migration scenarios, improved security governance processes aligned to ISO/IEC 27001 and NEN 7510, led decommissioning of two datacenters, and supported internal and external NEN 7510 audits.
During a 3.5-year transformation, governed infrastructure and security services and steered outsourcing partners. Advised on target architecture and technology roadmap, reviewed and approved technical designs, delivered AWS cloud platform design and build, Akamai Anti-DDoS/WAF, endpoint security rollout, and strengthened operational processes including patch and vulnerability management.
