* Responsible for the transition of EMEA IT Application management resources (15
countries) a near Shore location, as part of a global transition programme within
Pharma.
* Alignment & building partnerships with IT Directors across Europe. Design, setup and
adoption of governance & controls.

and phasing in and phasing out of resources, including training and communication.

* Delivery of complex SAP BI reporting solutions for Global Sales and Credit Management
across standardized and legacy systems, cross cultural environment via delivery teams in
Israel and India. Implementation off shore support for maintenance and development.

* Attracting national and international companies to the province of Limburg by improving
collaboration between key stakeholder in the region: development companies, city
council members, universities and regional minister of economics
* Definition of roadmap and Acquisition strategy for Limburg.

* Responsible for the development and deployment of business processes, capabilities
and tools. Organising and tracking project financials, business cases, project staffing,
planning and reporting.
