* Spearheaded the Integrations Team, as VP Engineering, for integration of products/solutions with
third party applications/products.
* Further, directing the Bot Development Team, for development, QA and program management of the
group.

Accountabilities:
* As the AVP - Product Engineering, led the QA function, for all the organizational products
(Inprotech, Memotech, FoundationIP and Discover).
* Developed the strategic vision for QA activities as well as created a Testing Centre for
Excellence (TCoE) and to undertake the QA for the Software Solutions.
* Directed the program on Application Security across all products of the organization, worldwide,
by imbibing & enforcing secure coding guidelines
* Conducted the training initiatives, on best practices for SQA, while developing Security
Champions from the team, for this purpose.

Achievement:
* Received nomination, twice, for the Founder's Award, for leadership and vision..

Accountabilities (QA Manager):
Spearheaded the QA function, with a team of 12 resources, for RoboHelp (client-server product), by
developing the team & managing releases (6.0, 7.0 & 8.0), along with the Technical Communication
Suite 1.0 and 2.0.
* Participated actively, in all stages of the product life cycle, from conceptualization, to
prototyping, finalizing product design till final Go-to-Market condition of the product.
* Coordinated with the automation efforts, on SQA functions, for the team, undertaking customer
issues, allocating resolution tasks to team member, in an appropriate manner.

Accountabilities (SQE):
* Started this engagement as the Software Quality Engineer, for Quality Assurance on Acrobat
Desktop products, in India, including that of PDFMaker for Office for Acrobat 5.0, adding
distinctive features such as tagged PDF, to the product.
* Led a team of 5 resources to provided QA to Acrobat 5.0.5, having conducted training session to
the team members, for the specific purpose and achieved high quality release of of three
components of Acrobat 6.0. The products included PDFMaker for Office (Word, Excel and
PowerPoint), PDFMaker for AutoCAD and PDF Maker for Visio and Acrobat Elements 6.0.
* Supported the quality assurance of three components of Acrobat 6.0.1 including - PDFMaker for MS
Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Visio and additional feature of "Importing Comments
Back into Word". with the team
* Headed Quality Assurance of 7 components of Acrobat 7.0 viz. - PDFMaker for MS Office (Word,
Excel and PowerPoint), AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Importing comments into ACAD, Publisher,
Project and Visio..

Engagement Achievements:
* Merit of being the first person in QA for stream-lining RoboHelp & related products - Help
Authoring Solution that revived the product.
* Single handedly managed a quick and high quality release of Acrobat Elements PDFMaker 1.0.

Hired the QA team and setup the QA processes for the products of MPS
