Project history
Sole maintainer of the Flutter app for an AI-Based Itinerary Management product, covering architecture, production bugs, and releases. Migrated codebase to feature-first Clean Architecture, removed third-party dependencies causing Android crashes, built itinerary features, implemented a native iOS Live Activity in Swift and ActivityKit, set up error monitoring across Sentry and Firebase, maintained the GitLab CI/CD pipeline, and added analytics and localization.
Led a 2-developer Flutter team across a 7-month engagement for Energy Efficiency Solutions, owning 4 modules (Installation, Enquiry, User Management, Authentication). Set shared component library and state-management conventions, made the app fully offline-capable, put crash reporting and analytics in place, and mentored 2 junior developers.
Part-time, alongside full-time role. Built MyAlgoSoft, a desktop, web, and mobile billing app with offline bill generation using SQLite on macOS and Windows, delivered on schedule with a performance bonus. Designed and built Doctor Pro, a healthcare MVP, and released it on the Google Play Store.
