Strategic programme delivery for C-suite leaders, transformation offices and business units. Selected assignment: CASDEN (cooperative bank) - Review and redesign of the prospect engagement model (Oct. 2025 - Feb. 2026, 5 months). Recommendations presented to and approved by the executive committee. On-the-ground assessment including interviews with sales, marketing and executive teams; mapping of how the model worked in practice. Identified gaps between the target model and operational reality. Led the assignment end to end, from scoping through to delivery of the new engagement model.
