Project history
As part of the GBO Trade Finance (CRM and Digital Solutions) team, responsible for overseeing the deployment of the FBTI tool dedicated to the management of SBLCs for the AMER entities (New York and Canada). Organized BPA workshops, gathered and analyzed user requirements, drafted gap analyses and test plans, managed project timelines and risk, led steering committees, validated functional deliverables, coordinated UAT, and ensured change management including training and post-deployment support.
As Digital Channel Manager in the GBO GTO team, managed the development and implementation of product strategy for e-trade solutions (Swiftnet, Connexis Trade, Galileo) across EMEA. Led technology releases, UAT, country deployment, and client onboarding roadmap. As Product Owner, contributed to implementing Swift Release 2021 changes for guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit (MT76X), co-built the roadmap, managed functional and UAT tests, and conducted change management across the BNP operational community worldwide.
As part of the VICIT project (Vision of Common International Trade IT) to deploy FBTI in CA CIB entities (France and international). Stream lead on messaging subjects including communication with the trade portal (FBCC), Swift (MT7XX, 4XX, 103/202/900/910, Swiftnet) and Swift Release 2018. Performed FBTI customization, coordinated SDK development, conducted stakeholder workshops, wrote technical specifications and test plans, and conducted integration testing.
