Project history
National Risk Manager for CISV, an international youth foundation focusing on building intercultural friendships. Active in the Netherlands and internationally.
Led and advised on large-scale interdepartmental programs focused on information management, archiving and transparency of governmental information (specifically email and chat archiving). Responsible for delivery and implementation of strategic applications and enterprise information capabilities across multiple governmental organizations. Acted as senior advisor to program management on risks, quality assurance, governance and inter-project dependencies. Represented the Ministry in interdepartmental working groups on information governance and compliance. Ensured alignment between policy objectives, technical delivery and operational adoption. Achievements include upgrade and transformation of a DMS environment for three different Ministries, an IP range change for the AntiDDOS System protecting DigiD, and simultaneous transfer of a new desktop environment and new bookkeeping system within Logius.
Led international IT infrastructure and workplace projects in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South Asia. Managed 24/7 operational teams responsible for global networks and server environments. Gained hands-on experience with high-classified networks, cryptographic devices and security-restricted environments.
