PMP-certified Program and Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in enterprise IT delivery. I have led both waterfall and agile programs, and I am comfortable adapting governance and delivery methods to the client's maturity and context.
I hold a Dipl.-Ing. in Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications Engineering from RWTH Aachen University (DAAD scholarship) and speak five languages at business level: Portuguese, German, English, Spanish, and French. - Manage projects and programs from pre-sales support, SoW creation until the project closure and handover to support for German and French customers
