Advising organisations on programme governance, delivery improvement and operational planning across business and technology teams. Delivering fractional PM and transformation services to a Dubai-based training company spanning growth enablement, digital lead generation, service delivery and governance. Setting and tracking AED 100k monthly revenue targets, launching multi-channel digital lead funnels reaching over 30,000 prospects, and implementing delivery governance and offshore vendor oversight.
Responsible for governance and delivery oversight of a regional data and analytics portfolio covering multiple Middle East and North Africa markets. Managed financial planning and operations for a USD 19M portfolio, maintaining cost variance within five percent including USD 700,000 in cost savings during the 2025 planning cycle.
