Leading QA activities for a major insurance client (North America) with responsibility for end-to-end testing of Guidewire Claim Center modules. Spearheading QA delivery in a Scrum team, managing test planning, execution, and reporting. Served as sole QA point of contact for Claim center Vehicle Estimate integration Mitchell Implementation and other Claim center modules enhancements for an insurance client in North America.
