Project history
Developed and implemented the Assurance Management Plan for the Sector 1 South ETCS Program, deployed client-side for the Department of Transport and Main Roads. Coordinated assurance requirements and evidence expectations across programme stakeholders and delivery packages. Applied EN 50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129 in ETCS assurance work and supported ISA audits and reviews of assurance evidence. Worked with engineering, commercial and legal teams during procurement to embed assurance obligations and evidence requirements in tender packages.
Delivered systems safety assurance for Power, Tunnel Ventilation, Underground Stations, Fire and Life Safety, and Tunnels on the Metro Tunnel Tunnels and Stations package. Conducted safety risk assessments for requirements changes and standards waivers. Supported hazard-log management and safety requirements assurance, reviewing associated evidence with multidisciplinary design teams and applying EN 50126 lifecycle and risk-management principles.
Provided senior systems engineering input to a major bid, including the lifecycle assurance approach and delivery methodology informed by EN 50126 principles.
