Role: Lead Mobile & Full-Stack Developer
Lead developer of a mobile field service product: architecture and technology decisions, a team of 4–5 developers, requirements with the client and the Product Owner, roadmap planning, releases to production.
Full migration of the application from the legacy stack and architecture to React Native, completed successfully. The application is now offline-first with data synchronisation between mobile clients and backend.
AI integration: voice and image recognition as native Swift modules through nitro modules, plus integration of an existing AI service. I lead the move of the project to development with coding agents and write the agent instructions for it. The team is now moving to a DevOps model.
Hands-on across the stack — React Native, TypeScript, Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, Oracle Database and Oracle JSON Collection Views, Oracle Cloud. Quality: Jest, Maestro (E2E), Sentry.
In production for five years, releases every few months; now entering its third iteration — I am reworking the design and preparing the new foundation.

Co-founded the product together with a partner covering business analysis. The entire technical side was mine: market and user needs analysis, product design, architecture, UI/UX, development, testing, publishing and support.
An accessibility-focused mobile application giving deaf, hard-of-hearing and blind users access to emergency services. Implemented full accessibility support — screen reader compatibility, adapted navigation and alternative input.
First version built natively for iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin), later rewritten in React Native. Backend is serverless on Azure Functions, data stored in Cosmos DB, authentication and authorisation through Auth0.
Built and tested an integration with the national emergency services (112/113), including the reliability requirements such an integration carries.
The product was designed and brought to a working solution by a single developer — mobile clients, backend, database, authentication and external integration. The backend is currently being migrated to Oracle Cloud.
