Founded Salesforce consultancy managing developer teams for enterprise clients. Pivoted in 2024 to building own product - Social Media Connector for Salesforce. Sole architect and developer of SMC, a native 2GP managed package integrating WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM into Service Cloud. Designed 6-layer webhook security pipeline, engineered real-time message delivery via Platform Events and EMP API, and designed AI integration layer for real-time customer sentiment analysis using RAG pipeline architecture and LangChain.
End-to-end ownership of multi-integration Salesforce org serving global B2B/B2C operations across 40+ countries with 252+ tracked delivery items. Designed REST gateway routing, Platform Event-driven integration, greenfield B2B forecasting engine, and evaluated Einstein AI features. Led codebase Health Check initiatives and full deployment lifecycle.
Built and led the EU Salesforce tech team from scratch including developers, DevOps, and admin for the International business unit. Designed and developed core EU-hosted Salesforce solutions supporting high-growth international operations. Integrated satellite systems including Informatica Cloud (ICRT), Conga, and DocuSign.
