• Extensive experience in all project phases - Project Preparation, Design/Blueprint, Build/Realization, Final   Preparation, Testing, Cutover, Go-live and Support, End user training and Sustainment
• Experience includes business process analysis and mapping, conducting workshops, gap analysis, establishing process SLAs, effort estimations, developing workarounds, customer facing and documentations at all levels
