Project history
Led the overall US$100M global private-cloud SAP S/4HANA Greenfield transformation for a global shipping and logistics group spanning approximately 100 countries, 100 business units and 50,000 users, consolidating five ERP platforms into one global SAP environment. Responsibilities included global programme leadership, multi-country business and delivery coordination, end-to-end PMO governance, fit-to-standard and architecture governance, ERP and supply chain transformation, and value realisation including reduction of financial close from 10 days to three days.
Led customer discovery and transformation planning for a regional SAP S/4HANA Greenfield programme spanning 11 Southeast Asian countries for a multinational manufacturer of leading global apparel brands. Responsibilities included regional manufacturing transformation leadership, business process and requirements architecture across Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing and Quality Management, and executive advisory and fit-to-standard facilitation. The programme was discontinued during the COVID-19 disruption before the build phase.
Led complex SAP programmes across Production Planning, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Business Intelligence for PETRONAS. Originated 20 SAP programmes across 20 business entities including a flagship US$100M Exploration and Production transformation. Appointed by a PETRONAS special council in 2012 to recover 20 additional challenged SAP projects.
