Project history
Coordinated the rollout phase of the group traceability program within Central Supply, working with demand planning, central planning, customs, and logistics teams. Defined the roadmap and led the scoping and general design phases of the global after-sales system transformation project. Conducted and coordinated the roll out phase of the new after-sales application worldwide and trained more than 50 employees across 10 countries in the Americas and Asia.
