Project history
Served as key architect and developer for Kosovo's first national health digitization initiatives. Led development of Health Insurance Fund System (HIFS), designed systems for managing stock and drugs, created custom reports, developed SQL scripts for data integration, and trained thousands of end-users across public health centers.
Developed a web browser application using C#. Contributed to Kosovo's first integrated POS system for Post and Telecommunication, handling everything from POS terminals to phone credit refills.
